Cleaning 4 U management is responsible for the quality monitoring, the results of which are shared with the client. All procedures comply with recognised good and safe cleaning practice.
Cleaning 4 U management operate a simple but effective quality monitoring procedure as below:
Green - Good, cleaned to specification
Amber - Minor detail (to be addressed)
Red - Unsatisfactory, not cleaned to specification (steps to be taken)
This quality monitoring system provides a clearly visible reporting structure, showing trends by area and overall. In our experience this system helps to improve standards and avoid repetition of any failures.
